Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry - Smart Home: Green + Wired (May 2008)

The museum's demonstration home shows the latest in architecture, home design, and technology, making this 2,500 square-foot space energy efficient and fully automated. Bob worked as the museum's editorial consultant, helping to choose the automation systems, energy technologies, consumer electronics products, and technology services that will go into the green home. The exhibit runs from May through January 2009.

Wired LivingHome (October 2007)

Wired's demonstration home opened in Los Angeles in 2007. Bob worked on the home's planning team for almost a year as its editorial and technical consultant. He helped to choose the energy technologies, products, and technology services that went into the Wired LivingHome.
